Customers are encouraged to make use of our technical support, documentation, and manual migration services prior to seeking a refund. We may not issue a refund until we've attempted and failed to resolve your issue within a timely manner.
In the cases where a refund is requested and you qualify for a refund you will be refunded the full amount minus the credit card processing fees our processor withholds. Processing fees are currently 2.9% + 30 cents. For example a $250 purchase refunded would result in you getting back $250 - $7.25 - $0.30 for a total of $242.45 refunded.
